Finally an update, I know, geeze.

Well my girlfriend (as perfect as she is) got me a new plant. I’m under the impression it’s called Baby’s Breath? Correct me if I’m wrong. It’s obviously the one you’ve never seen before. So here’s pictures of that, the Teddy Bear sunflower, the small almost bloom of another sunflower, the small tomato plant, the Zinnia’s newest blooms, and that’s about it for today guys.… Read the rest

Planted

The newest sunflowers and tomatos are doing nicely. They’re all about 1.5″ tall with their first set of true leaves, some working on their second. They look thick and healthy. The tomatos I put into soil late because when I got to them, they had already sprouted and grown 2″ in search of light. So they’re in soil now with the rest, and hopefully they’ll stiffen up. the few days no update. It’s hard to find time.

Here’s the almost fully bloomed Teddy Bear sunflower (with another bloom starting somewhere underneath it) and the Zinnia with a few blooms. The sunflower behind the Zinnia is starting a bloom, so I’ll wait to get pictures for when it opens.

A Breath of Fresh Air

 

This bloom almost doubled in size today. On the downside, it’s leaves drooped a lot. It’s like it put all it’s energy into that and now it’s weak. 

Still, I must congratulate this one for coming so far.

 

 

Also, I started some more sprouts that I will be planting outside after giving them a headstart indoors. Among them are:

Mammoth sunflowers (7-10ft)
Teddy Bear sunflowers (Kinda like a marigold)
Dwarf sunflowers (2ft)
